Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Regular Help, Instant Help, and the Neighbourhood Feed, including the role TRYE plays in each.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TRYE, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use TRYE.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
TRYE accounts are for people aged 18 and above in India. You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and use only your own account. Society-admin access is limited to authorised representatives.
3. What TRYE Provides
TRYE helps residents find help for regular work, request one-time work through Instant Help, and connect with neighbours through the Feed. In these terms, 'Help' means a person offering domestic-help services through TRYE. TRYE provides the platform but is not an employer, placement agency, or party to an ongoing employment arrangement.
4. Regular Help
Profile details, availability, ratings, and reviews may change or be incomplete. Residents should confirm important information directly and agree on the work, schedule, and payment with Help.
5. Instant Help
Instant Help lets residents request one-time work from eligible Help. Availability, acceptance, and arrival times are not guaranteed. The app shows the applicable pricing and uses start and closing codes to track the service. Residents pay Help directly unless TRYE clearly states otherwise. A request can be cancelled only while that option is available in the app.
6. The Feed
Residents may share posts, comments, media, services, listings, and contact details in the Feed. Content must be accurate, lawful, respectful, and relevant. TRYE does not endorse Feed content or take part in transactions arranged between users.
7. Your Content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You allow TRYE to store, display, format, and moderate it as needed to operate and protect the platform. You must have permission to share the content and must respect other people's privacy and rights.
8. Safe and Responsible Use
Use reasonable care when contacting, meeting, hiring, or transacting with another user. Do not share another person's private information without permission. Protect your account and service codes, confirm important details yourself, and report misuse or safety concerns.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not impersonate others, post unlawful or harmful content, misuse personal information, harass users, manipulate reviews or requests, scrape platform data, interfere with security, or use TRYE for fraud or unauthorised commercial activity.
10. Moderation and Account Action
TRYE may restrict or remove content and may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, investigate misuse, or comply with law.
11. Intellectual Property
The TRYE name, product design, software, and original platform content belong to TRYE or its licensors. You may not copy or commercially use them without written permission.
12. Platform Disclaimer
User-provided profiles, reviews, Feed content, availability, and estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate. TRYE does not guarantee identity, background, conduct, work quality, payment, availability, or a particular outcome.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TRYE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or arrangements between users. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Updates and Contact
